Returns Policy & Product Guarantee
Our products are covered by our 12 month guarantee, if a fault occurs. Unfortunately though due to the nature of the product, there are a few things in life that we cannot exchange or refund.
This includes ‘ALL’ SEX TOYS, where the packaging/ box has been opened, ‘UNLESS’ the item(s) are damaged or faulty.
Upon returning a product to us, all seals must still be intact for toys and accessories.
Returns by post on faulty goods are free.
Please email us at email@example.com with a brief description of the fault and we will arrange for our paid postage label to be emailed back to you. Then you will need to package up your items (with the labels, and seals intact) with the returns form in the bag or box your order came in, or a suitable alternative.
Attach the Royal Mail prepaid returns label that we will have emailed to you. Drop your parcel off at your local post office, and don’t forget to ask for proof of postage, just in case your return goes missing on its way back to us.
If you’ve returned your item for a refund, once your return has been processed by our Returns team, please allow (depending on your bank) a further 10 days for the refund to reach your account. You’ll be notified when your return has been processed.
